Gave a name of vanessa downing retained to deliver legal documents that wrre intended to serve at ladt known address but were rejected. Thats a new one. They cant deliver any type of documents only the sheriff.
Called saying they had some sort of affidavit. Gave information that could easily be obtained on web. Stated that I had a payday loan through some generic company. Hung up on me after they said they would process it and good luck in court.
