I have been harassedby HFS with threats,court costs,attorney costs,jail time,warrents and thousands of dollars in interest fees.I used cash net back in 2009 and not sure if I paid them off. This company tells me tomorrow they will have a warrent out for my arrest if I do not pay them in full. I ask for information and get none? It appears this may be a scam from what I have read.
This is the second time they have called saying the same thing. According to them my husband will have a warrant out for his arrest tomorrow. They did this to us in march and now in june. These people are definitely scammers. Do not give them any money or confirm information!
it is not a scam. when you don't pay a medical bill what happens? someone calls you in regards to payment. pay ypour bill and quit whininh. build your credit score. show some integrity and don't burn a bridge when someone helped you during a crisis.
