Mrs. Vargas. called me incorrect SSN though, once she got that wrong i told her go F*** herself. You would think the FTC would do something to these companies. I guess not!

Apparently you must work for the scumbag/scam artist.  The problem that many have, like myself - ONLY considered taking one of these dreadful loans by completing an application on-line thinking we were completing an application for that particular company, and unfortunately, providing all pertinent personal/banking information.  However, upon hitting the submit button, our phones began ringing and several email offers of approval began flooding our email accounts.  However, although NONE of the offers were actually accepted because others like myself had a change of heart and decided to not go that route to solve a short-term issue, within a couple of days - threatening calls began from different people with thick Middle Eastern accents with very American names, falsely and illegally representing themselves as Police Officers,  lawyers, officers or the court, etc. stating default on payday loans (the were NEVER taken) and threats not only of coming to place of employment to arrest you, but going so far as threats of physical harm to yourself or family.  Then every few months, they start back with the calls.

this so called company is calling me over a debt they say is owed by a family member and want me to pay or they will have the family member arrested and put in jail for 2 years.

I have voice mail recordings of them threatening with criminal proceedings and much more. They are scammers. They have currently harassed us so bad that I contacted the news station and they told me to email them. So everyone here that has been affected by HFS or the group please email with HFS scam in the subject matter to [email protected]. Lets all pull together and shut this scam operation down!
