THEY ARE CALLING MY MOTHERS' PHONE TRYING TO GET INFO AND SAYING THAT THERE ARE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES BEING USE ON MY SS AND DRIVERS LICENSE. MY MOM TRIED TO GET INFO FROM THEM BUT THEY WOULD NOT TELL HER MUCH, SHE TALKED TO A WOMAN NAME JODI SIMS. SO IF ANYONE GETS ANY INFO ON WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE PLEASE POST.
Read the previous posts - your callers are scammers. If there were criminal activities, the police would stop by to visit and/or question or arrest you. BTW, debt is civil, not criminal, so even if you default on a loan, it is NOT a crime. Your callers hope to scare you into paying either a bogus debt, a debt that's already been paid or even a debt that is owed - but not to the callers. Don't give them the time of day - block their calls if you can, otherwise ignore.
