SPAM CALL offering mortgage assistance. THEY SAID DO NOT HANG UP: This is legitimate. I listened for a moment and HUNG UP. I PICKED UP THE PHONE AND THEY WERE STILL TALKING. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE DO NOT CALL NUMBER AND COMPLAINING. THEY HAVE TAKEN CARE OF OTHER CALLS THAT I HAVE REPORTED AND LEFT A MESSAGE TOGETHER WITH REPORTING THE NUMBER.
This is a VERY legit organization. They are a nonprofit. I have been to their help sessions for people in need of mortgage assistance. They can help people but you have to fit the correct criteria, we didn't but I heard others say they were greatly helped. Their web site is listed under naca. As far as unsolicited calls, they called us because we went to the help session the provided.
