They leave a message and ask me to call back when I do they want me to give them my birthday, but I do not know who they are nor why they are contacting me. There is not a promt or any way for me to get to a person.
this is CVS caremark. If your insurance prescription coverage is connected with them they will call you to give you information. My husbands insurance company does use cvs caremark. Need to check with your health insurance company weather they are connected or not. Our insurance cards have caremark on them.
