This is NOT CVS/CareMark. It is a scam, trying to scam Personally Identifiable Information out of you. CVS/CareMark is alerting Georgia Law Enforcement.
This is the second time this has happened in two years. I don't know if it's the 404 area code or what, but there was another scam a year ago with a phone number starting with 4043811. I know because that is my phone number minus my area code. I have gotten four calls now looking for CVS.. I'm not CVS. So I check up on it and find this. This happened last year and it was another scammer with another company phishing for personal information. that one was an actual proven scam, and it sounds like this one is too. So I'm informing people that call me in hopes they don't continue to try and call this number back.
