They called my best friend giving my name and said they were going to suing me for writing bad checks , When and where did I write a check ....show me where i signed at........Its just another scam and when I called the number back it was some investigator ...... 404-381-8905

I just received a call from this number (at 10:06PM, which is illegal!). No message was left. I have received numerous calls from idiots like this! A couple of years ago, I made the terrible choice of an online "payday loan". I have bank statements showing where I paid them back COMPLETELY! These people (and several other different companies) call me repeatedly threatening me. I always ask for proof of debt & proof that they are "allowed to collect". They will tell you they can email you, but they will never mail you anything. They are bottom feeders that buy "junk" debt & try to get anything they can out of you! To make a long story short, IT'S A SCAM!
