This is a charity call, probably one of the "heart string" ones. It is not telemarketing as they are not selling anything, therefore no law was broken.

Same thing as reported by other callers. Caller asked for "princess". Informed caller that they had the wrong number. Heard them say, " Well... Maybe you can help me....." as I disconnected the call. The "accidental wrong number" ploy seems to be just another attempt to bypass anti-telemarketing laws. Just like other callers that say,"this is not a solicitation" right before they begin a solicitation. LOL
