Who called from 4043971906

4043971906 they keep calling me and hanging up and when you call back it says the number is disconnected. I'm about the get the police involved. The calls are harassment and corss state lines plus its theft of service which is a felony.

This number calls repeatedly - no message left...  When I answer I just hear a beep and it hangs up.  Calls at crazy hours and has gotten VERY annoying.

They said someone at this number had responded to an invitation about making money.  Not true.  How do I get them to stop?

I figured it was a scam of some sort. A female voice with a non-American accent asks for my wife by her maiden name, which she hasn't used in 6 years. When I say anything, she just hangs up! Rude! My wife has her own cell phone. I wondered if it was something to do with her estranged family, so I Googled the number and ended up here.

I got a call on my cell from this number but all I heard was a pause before they hung up.
