Who called from 4043971906

Telemarketer I assume, left no message but called at a very early hour.

They called and did not leave a message on my cell phone.  I called them back to have a message saying that the number has been disconnected.

Received 2 calls back to back; did not answer, left no message.

This is a false collection agency!  How do I know?  They are trying to collect debt!!! I do not even have one!!! Beware!! REPORT THIS NUMBER!  When returned call... the recording said that this number had been diconnected!

Keeps calling back.  With questioning by me, they identify themselves as senior diabetic network and then they hang up.  The voice sounded foreign. I dialed them back and a recording said the number is out of service and has been disconnected.  Beware!!  REPORT THIS NUMBER!
