Who called from 4043971906

Missed this call on my cell phone ...1-404-397-1906 ... at 11:56 am on Feb. 14th.  When I attempted to add this number to my "Screened Number" list, I found that it had already been added after a previous call from this number and a quick check on the 800notes.com website.  

I don't know if my cell phone even rang or if the call went straight to my "Missed Call" list.  Hopefully, since I am screening the number, my cell phone didn't even ring.  

If the call was not being properly screened, however, and my phone was ringing earlier, then the caller is spoofing the Caller ID system somehow and that's just not right.

I also "have my cell number registered with DO NOT CALL, and I still received this disgusting telemarketing call." (Barry Philippy)

Calls me two or three times a day and won't leave a message.

I got the same message when I tried to call back. It is disconnected. Not sure who is calling from this.

This number calls me repeatedly and does not leave a message and when I call back i get a recorded message stating the number is disconnected and no longer in service. SCAM!!

When called, this number has a recording; "this number has been disconnected."
