I had a phone call from the same people today. They called acting like a collection agency. I was at work and was in a big hurry, they told me to make an immediate payment or it will effect my credit. I told them to take it out of my account tomorrow, I messed up very bad I gave them my account number to my bank. I am so pissed. I wasn't thinking and that's one thing I try to keep good, my credit. Well I called att cause I don't remember being late (by the way the agency said I owed $392.00. When I call att they looked at all my records and said I had no history with a late account. The agency is suppose take the money out tomorrow morning. I called my bank and they said that the only thing that they could do is for me to close my account, well my check deposits tonight at 12 am and when I talked to the bank it was 5 mins before they closed. I asked about getting a freeze on my account but they said they couldn't do anything about that. Please if anyone has any info on what I can do please help me out. My email is [email protected]. They never leave a message on my answering machine either.  They've been calling several times a day for about three weeks now but I screen ALL my calls, so I never pick up.  They DO call very late at night and very early in the morning sometimes which I don't think is Legal.  As far as I know, they are only Supposed to call between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

I just got this cell phone two days ago and they call me. I haven't even told my parents I got a new number yet.

I have just gotten a new number. It would seem that a woman had my number before me. They ask for Gloria and when I tell them she no longer has this number or they must have a wrong number they hang up. They call over and over. I called them back a earlier today to inform them that they have the wrong number. I thought it was odd when I called they asked if I was Gloria right when they answered.
I would tell anyone to never give these people any information!!
