Okay this call is NOT from a debt collector but rather a company in India called Home Computer Securities. They use several (404) numbers 935-9114 602-9516. I have run into them twice now. Once as they identified themselves as AOL and last week they identified themselves as DELL... Both times I had a situation with each product. I believe they somehow send you a virus, malware of spyware and once you are infected they misrepresent themselves as someone from a company that their little spyware has collected from your computer. DO not take the call do not do anything but take your computer offline and run a scan. I reported them to both AOL and DELL.. but who knows if they will do anything so PROTECT yourself. I had to reformat my hard drive on my DELL and in both cases I called my ISP and had them change my IP address.

You are not being truthful. Your thing that you going, also does not know the meaning of "Do not call me again" I have received 15 calls over a couple of days. I am on the Do not call registry and you have been reported.
