It's a recording meant to sound like a real person (the call starts out with a woman saying "Hello?" and then laughing and saying "Sorry, had some trouble with my headset there!" but you can tell it's a recording). Trying to sell a resort getaway deal in Orlando FL. The sell starts with "We're calling because you stayed at one of our resorts in the past..." I think the number was spoofed, though, because this # is normally associated with a plumbing company in Decatur.
