oh goodness I receive the same text and replied back that I would like to have a telephone conversation with Michael because I needed more details to determine the total cost. Here is the text I received yesterday:

... There it is!  I'm so glad to have found this website with other makeup artists who have encountered the same experience. We should form a National Guild for professional makeup artists to always support one another and know what's going on during these times of fast developing technology and equally fast developing scams out there. Do not respond to unwanted texts or emails from questionable sources. Several mobile service providers will allow you to report unwanted spam texts by simply texting/forwarding it to 7726 (or “spam”) to enable the providers to prevent future unwanted texts from the specific sender.
