Also received 2 calls from this number before I even left the store. Didn't answer not knowing the caller. First call came as I sat in the chair to order carpet. Don't think I will answer the next one either.
It was an automated call that obvious started talking while my anti-telemarketing tones & message was playing so the only part of the message was "... account ending in 02 has been cancelled. You can press 9 for more information." Eight minutes before the call I was at HD cancelling an order but there wasn't any "account ending in 02" on the order form.
I got a message yesterday as well, at 6:49pm. I had returned an item about 5:30pm and had a lot of things on my list...not cashing out till 8:45pm. So I was concerned my CC info might have been compromised as I do not have a chip in one card, called the store.
At 6:49 I did recieve a quote for a customized door...but have not yet placed the order. This call apparently is to keep me updated on the staus of quotes, pending, active, delayed, and delivered orders...including any changes I might make. It IS NOT a scam or Phishing Expedition.
