Every time I block a number they call me with another number. I can't keep up they are 'spoofing' their numbers I think so we can't tell where they are actually calling from. They send me text messages to my private cell phone. I have reported the numbers to the FCC and I am on the do not call list. But you are right they are from out of country.
It has been happening to me ever since I filed my taxes with H&R maybe they hacked their system or something. Scary.

Cal but don't leave messages. From what I have seen on the internet, this sounds like a scam or phishing call from India.
I blocked the number but the FCC really needs to go after them and people like them. With all the resources that the government agencies have at their disposal, I don't see why they can't find out who these people are. Maybe if it was considered domestic terrorism they would do something about it. ;(
Asked for my husband by first name. Heavy accent, Asian / Oriental I would say. Hard to understand. Said husband wasn't available. He asked when he would be,,, I hung up
I got a call this morning from an Indian - I could not understand him but it sounded like he said I was due compensation for using a drug. I did not understand the name of the drug but I take nothing like what he said. I told him I did not understand him and to put someone on the line that spoke English. He hung up and I blocked the number. It sounded like a scam but I had not clue where he was going with it.
