this phone number was used in a phising scam attempt for something i was selling on Ebay. They tried to tell me they sent money to my paypal acct, but i would have to pay the shipping company. i reported them to ebay and craigslist. beware!

this phone number was used in a phising scam attempt for something i was selling onCraigslist. They tried to tell me they were Handicapped with ALS so were unable to come view the wheelchair i had on craigs list or go to get a Cashiers check. Also wanted me to set up a paypal acct,. I suggested they go to medicare to get a chair because it would be covered. The response was it was too much of a hassle. Keep in mind they Were in Atlanta Ga & I'm in Kentucky. When I said no to Paypal They didn't contact me again.
Saw my ad on CL, want's to know more about the motorized wheel chair, it's just what she needs. The phone number is in Atlanta and I'm 400 miles away. I suggest they call me, within minutes I get another text sand that she has ALS and can't use a phone, I advised that she is the fourth person to call from all over the US wanting the chair and all using the same ALS story. I advise that this is a scam and don't text back. Beware !!!!
