I don't even have any school age kids in school! Yet, these people call all day long! I eventually called the number back and you get a prompt "If you would like to be removed from our list, hit "1"...." I did som, but they continue to call. I think our Attorney General needs to get involved. They call from early morning to late evening - at least twice a day.
I just got a few phone calls today and yesterday from this company. My father talked yesterday, and they were trying to ask me questions about my GPA and scholarships and so fourth. Today when they called twice, my father told me not to answer it, so neither of us did. I'm not quite sure if they are simply just telemarketers, if they are scamming us, or if they are trying to get private information from us. I am going to talk with my high school principals to see if they know any information about this WS Learning Center.
A woman called and asked if I was satisfied with my children's SAT scores and if they were going to go to college. They are trying to sell at home SAT tutoring. What was disturbing is that she already knew my children's names. And yes, they will and do call you repeatedly.
I have a solution to block any "telemarketing" calls after the first time you receive the call. Just capture the number and call me at 520-917-7999 and I will show you what you can do to put an end to it.
this number has called our home twice a day for the last month. we have called them back and demanded to be removed from their list, a woman agreed, we got two calls the following day. no one ever says anything when they call us they just hang up, we have no children in our home
I've had the same calls. I answered tonight (for the first time) and got a guy asking to speak to my son's parents (me). I said "Not available" and hung up. If they call again, I will tell them to take me off their list. Who gives them my phone number and son's first name?? This is wrong.
