If you don't want to get calls from these people, most phone companies have some kind of blocking service. How they got my phone #, I don't know, but when I called the carrier to report it, they said they could block that number. Check with your carrier. That might bring about peace and quiet.
What kind of business model is this? I dont see how someone could be paying these guys money to annoy people with phantom calls. I wish I could find the mastermind behind this diabolical scheme........
I just called this # from a landline- said it was Nat'l Credit Card Bank saying I qualified for lower interest rate, and to be put on do not call list press 1- sketchy
No one on the other side and when I call back they say to press 1 to get on do not call list. Seems odd they would have that as the message when returning the call. Seems very shady.
