If you don't want to get calls from these people, most phone companies have some kind of blocking service. How they got my phone #, I don't know, but when I called the carrier to report it, they said they could block that number. Check with your carrier. That might bring about peace and quiet.
Here is i believe their website... not 100% sure but when i called i spoke to a manager and he said that if they are callling me that they will take me off of their list. its just weird that they he could neither confirm or deny that they were the ones calling me...
A guy just called, I live with my grandmother who is 93. I am her grandson. I am prior military 25yo. And i dont take kindly towards people calling my grandmother all the time offering, deals, asking for business and so on. I answered and a the guy asked for ms.***** and i miss understood thinking he asked for mr******* who is deceast.The guy rudely said no MSS.****** and i said why and what does this pertain too. He said DO YOu have HER POWER of ATTORNEY. So i raised my voice saying Who are YOU and Why are You Approaching ME with this tone Of voice, and why should I think you WOuldnt Talk to My grnadMother This Way.I asked who he was, Then he said this doesnt involve you and hung up. That was one of the damndest rudest persons i have ever spoken too regarding calls towards my grandmother and this company (National Bank Card Monitor). If hiring individuals representing its company the company should be responsible for its employees actions, becuase only a person representing the parent company can call on its behalf, oh and he didnt even tell me the companies name I had to find out by calling *69. The company should be held responsible for their indiscriminate and hostile employees. other wise you could charge the people themselves which means they arent representing the company and if they arent representing the company then they are fraudulantly representing NBCM for unknown reasons, But going back to now why are they protected from lawsuits. the employees or the company. They just point fingers at eachother. What the hell does this country do to protect its citizens not just from physical harm but from any unwanted harassment. Isnt there any government company that specializes in free investigations in businesses operating imorally or is it the right of small companies to do as they wish, and where the hell do these companies acquire the roster for old people. it seems they only call those who they think they can take advantage of. We just got a call from these idiots. This time we answered because it seems they have no life and call daily without leaving messages. Upon speaking to the person this time it was about our credit card and them wanting us to transfer over to their credit card at a 7% intrest. It all sounded great but he couldn't get over the fact that we don't pay intrest on our card.. pay it off monthly. It got to the point where he was asked if he was F***ing with us.. for some unknown reason he hung up. :)
OMG i have been having them calling me twice a day and the guy is rude and he is trying to get me to lower my visa, when i told him i dont want it lowered he freaked out and said why wouldnt you want it lowered. I said ok then what will is my interest rate now!! He said its 16.9 i dont think thats even correct, he said he can lower it to 7.8 THAT BULL!!! i said what do i need to do to get that rate. He said transfer your money from your visa to another account and then stop using that visa and we will send you a coupal of visa's. I said no way what do you take me for, and before i got to finish he hung up. So i get another call today with another lady and i just start screaming in the phone, she hung up.
