404 900 5613 Chief Investigator Chris Baker just called me. Left a voice mail saying that my case has expired and I will have to go to court. Possible arrest ect for fradulent activity. I also spoke with a person named Randolph Hill at phone number 404 334 7059. Both are saying the company is U.S. 1st Financial. I made the mistake of calling these people back and I was almost going to give them my debit card information thinking it was a debt but after looking over all of myrecores I can see that this isnt true and I don't owe them a dime. I'm currently unemployed but they insisted that I pay them 500.00 today or my case will go to the courts. At 1st they were saying I could pay on the 20th, then that changed. While on the call Mr Hill said he was sorry for the loss I had in my family???? Not sure where he got that from then he tried to cover it all up stuttering. He even had the wrong last 4 #'s of my S.S.#. They have been calling me like crazy. Huge mistake on my part to even call them back. I will report them to the BBB as well.
This person named Chief Chris Baker calling from 404-900-5613 stating he is calling to address a debt my friend owes to a company that is no longer open and it's from 2010. Once she started to asks question on the account information and who he was calling for. He started to become irate and used profanity and threatened her that she would be in jail he would come to her home. We are contacting our local BBB and Chamber of Commerce and Attorney General.
Today I received a call from Chris Baker, who informed me of a past due debt that I owed, He was informative and very professional and answered all questions and provided me documentation requested. US1 financial handled this matter with diligemce Thanks so much for your assistance.
