Look up your local laws- I went online yest and got the infomation for Massachusetts- Statuate of limitations is 6 years (not 7) they can only legally call you 2X in 7 days.... not 2x a day or 20 times a week.... tell them your going to sue them for harrassment because you have caller ID and can prove that they are calling you over the number of times they are supposed to and tell them that your number needs to be off their list.
