Congratulations on taking that step to get these a-holes sued! I also did, see above post. These dirtbags need to be stopped pronto! I have also started receiving new phone calls from another "agency". I have paid all my debts so I know this is all bull. I guess I'll have to just keep researching each one and suing their butts until they all know my name and stop messing with me! But, since they are all pretty much as dumb as a bag of freaking hammers, I'm sure they'll keep trying. They've never received a dime from me so I don't understand why they keep trying. It's been going on since January 2011, random idiots calling about the same "debt". I think they all just sit at the crack house and decide who's going to be the one to try to make the money to fuel their habits in between hits off the pipe. It's got to be a "crime ring", and not a very successful one at that. Apparently, DTA was sued by someone earlier this year and they have to make payments on the judgement. Imagine not having enough to pay someone $1,000? Any real business would have that kind of money laying around. DUH!

I asked them to send paperwork with detailed information so that I could have my lawyer review it. They never sent it but they keep calling me. I told them that unless they provide me with written documentation so that I can have my lawyer look into it, then we have nothing to discuss. They have to provide you with written documentation!
Ok well obviously you dont understand how this works. These people trying to collect this debt have stolen your info off your bankruptcy and have no affiliation with the actual payday loan company. All you are paying is a criminal so if you wanna pay the crooks than you go ahead. Me I'm not a dumbass.
