Who called from 4049398933

I received a call from a guy with an indian accent who says his name is Harry Martin from the federal district attorny office regarding a court case against me. I received a similar call from a different number same guy calling himself officer john matthews

I answered the phone and told them to call me back at a later time since I was at work and he started yelling at me - since 10:00am CST, I have had 19 missed calls - and it is now 10:15 am CST - he is blowing up my phone!  Does this classify as harassment??

My guy was named Allen White also with an indian accent. Keep calling say I owe a payday loan but will not give me any info just keeep threatening legal action. Says he represents an Allen and Richards Associates in Clearwater city Florida I am not sure about the Richards because I cannot understand him.

Same guy hs been calling me claiming to be alex white and alex roger. Threatning me with this big law suit, and telling me if I Don't pay them, then I'm going to have a very bad day. These [***] can barely speak English, Heavy Mid East Accent. They are scammers. Put your phone numbers on the national do not call list, and the calls will stop.

I got on this merry-go-round last year.  They started calling again.

If you tell them it is against the law to call you once you tell them to stop calling.  They get all flustered.

You also should tell them they must send you written documentation of the debt.  This is also required by law.

They have 30 days to send you the documents.
Don't give them any information and do not let them get you flustered.

It is a Scam and these "[***]" need to get a real job!!
