I answered the phone and told them to call me back at a later time since I was at work and he started yelling at me - since 10:00am CST, I have had 19 missed calls - and it is now 10:15 am CST - he is blowing up my phone! Does this classify as harassment??
I received a call from Adam White, also Indian decent. saying I had an outstanding payday loan, which I do not, he said I would be charged with fraud and be arrested, he told me I had 45 minuted to get to a CVS Western union 531.86 and use a greendot form.....this needs to stop...I also filled out online forms, but never followed through and never completed any applications.
These people keep calling me saying the are going to send my SSN# to all 3 Credit Bureal for Fraud. I asked them which load dept did I get a loan from? They stated Cash Advance USA which I didn't get one from. They called me twice the 1st time the man said his name was DAVID JONES. They keep harrassing me to pay them. I talked to my Lawyer & she state that these people are a scam.
A man with a thick Indian accent just called my business phone (in Florida) and told me he was with a law firm and needed help locating an employee of my company. He said his name was David Jones. When I questioned him about the reason he was trying to reach the employee, he told me it was an "emergency legal matter." I asked him if he was actually a collection agency. He said," Excuse me? Madam, this is a law firm." Then he said, "Can you do me a favor? Kiss my a** you motherf****** b****," and he hung up.
We keep getting calls from a guy with an indian accent naming himself Andy Brown and said he was going to have my husband arrested if we dont pay a loan we owe... We dont have a loan lol Grrrr this guy has called a few times and Im so thankful to have found this blog because I was getting frusterated. Now Im pissed ;)
