Called today. Did not answer. Voicemail was a lady saying "hello? hello?" with a bunch of people talking in the background (a call center). I am on the FTC's Do Not Call Registry, so I submitted a complaint at donotcall.gov.
Marked "not safe" on okcaller.com five times in September and October. Tried to call the number back before seeing this and it doesn't work.
Took call out of curiosity, no answer for at least 5 seconds (robo dialed) then woman's voice saying hello with lots of background noise.
Not curious anymore - blocked number.
