When you get a recorded threatening message saying you have to call by the close of business "today" and the call was made to you at 9:43 pm Eastern time, you have proof it's a scam.
I get the same calls telling me that I have committed check fraud and if I don't call to give them a statement they will turn me over to the authorities for some supposed payday loan.
i got a call from this same number4049942810, state that i am in some kind of taxes fraud that i have 2 days to respond that i do have taxes prob. but iam paying my taxes every month.
Got a call from a Kimberly Marshall stating a complaint filed against you! They don't state who they are calling for!! They want a call by the end of the business day, or further action is to be taken!! I looked this number up and found this, they call from a (678) number and want you to call a (404)#

I looked this numb. from caller id 2132236840, but I need to call this numb. 4049942810 ext. 130. I already know that this is scam.
