This is a legitimate orginization and is legal to call in the state of oklahoma. They use a dialer to call out so certain calls are abandoned and by law you are allowed to have a certain abondentment rate. Don't ask how I know about this place, but lets just say that I wish that I didn't. Yes they keep a portion of the money to cover fundrasing expenses, but the reason you get rude people when you talk or pick up is because of the pay that they give the people on the phone.The office is located out of Denton off of Dallas Dr in Denton.

I am a tretired phone engineer and it seems they are groop calling. That is they dial all numbers in a group and the first line that picks up connects, all the others will get silence and it will take several seconds to clear the line. I Believe this practice is illegal as well as damaging to the phone
system. Report this number to the FCC as well as your state agencys.
