This is a legitimate orginization and is legal to call in the state of oklahoma. They use a dialer to call out so certain calls are abandoned and by law you are allowed to have a certain abondentment rate. Don't ask how I know about this place, but lets just say that I wish that I didn't. Yes they keep a portion of the money to cover fundrasing expenses, but the reason you get rude people when you talk or pick up is because of the pay that they give the people on the phone. The office is located out of Denton off of Dallas Dr in Denton.

Same number and ID. Called during dinner. I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. I have an unlisted number, so I suspect that it came from an auto-dialer.
Just about every other day I get a call from AA Troopers. So I called the number back and got a recording saying..."Thank you for calling the fund raising office of American Association of State Troopers". They also ask
for the caller to leave their name and number twice and someone would call
back. I am on the do not call list. I thought this information would be useful.
