Who called from 4053209482

Received a scam text regarding a car I have for sale (the ad is on the Auto Trader Canada website).  The text reads "is your car still for sale tell me your final price await your response Asap through my via email address ([email protected])."  I received the same text, identical word-for-word up to the use of a different email address, from a Toronto number last night.  They followed up by offering to buy the car through PayPal, sight unseen, their "agent" would take care of the paperwork.

Got something similar, same email address, however number in the text was somewhere from Washington State. Still trying to have the person give me their contact info so that I can talk like to them. Let's see what it gives.

got the same text as carseller from 509-563-2989 emailed him with best price he accepted ask to transfer money in to my paypal account i think it's a scam
