Do not answer trying to sell you remodeling .. Calls constantly

Thank you for having and taking the time and effort to not only play with these schmucks, but to tell us about it!

I was called with a pitch about siding and windows.  I scheduled an appointment with two contractors.  Should be interesting since I am a renter and live in 22 story high-rise in Manhattan.  Wonder if I can get a kick-back?  This is a big job and there should make room for me at the old feed trough, right?

This number calls me on my cell phone at least twice a week and never leaves a message. I don't answer calls where I do not know who it is. So presume this is a marketing company. I am registered on the 'do not call' list.

Received 4 calls in 4 days.  Have CPR call blocker.  After first call they just get hanged up on.
