after reading all the comments here, and finding out this is some sort of shady telemarketing bs, i added the number into my contacts with the title 'no', and then i clicked on their name in my list of contacts and promptly blocked them. :) easy as pie!
They say US Auto Care. After answering the phone, it rings and a person with a heavy middle eastern accent answers. After repeatedly telling them not interested and they hang up just to call again another day from another number. They also call from a number in Nevada, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida and Oklahoma. Relentless!
