I got the same call today from a Tavis Jones telephone number 464-437-4743 or 918-602-4011 stating the same info.

I got the same call on the 16th of feb 2015. Some bull about bank wire transfer fraud and thy are going to file charges against me. I have no idea what they are talking about. It's definitely a scam because bank wire transfer fraud is a federal offense and the FBI would be at my door. Don't get scammed by these thieves. Someone should be investigating these people.
