Same call from same number. Had detailed info on a legitimate issue from my past. Initial call came from Elizabeth Greer from Howard Steiner and Associates. Called the number back and spoke to Tavia. She said that charges would be pending if some type of resolution wasn't figured out. Since the issue was legit and needed to be resolved, fearing charges, I went ahead and set everything up. Now that I know this is "suspicious" at best, I will keep a close eye on things.
Just got a call from 9189134934 same company they had some pretty confidential information including the last four digits of my checking account, they need to be shut down.
I received 2 calls and called back as if they hadn't left messages. My calls were from Oklahoma numbers. Lady asked for case number, told her I didn't have one but that I am an attorney. (Which I really am). She said they could fax the affidavit over to me, I said "I'm sure you can, sure you can." Then she told me to have a good day & hung up. I might answer next time just to screw with them.
