I received this call. i played the game. while I put them on hold, i put a hold on my card (i dont plan on using it anymore) i stayed on the line for 40 minutes and finally they told me I was approved for a reduction in my interest rate to 6.9%, i would save minimally 1500.00, then the catch comes. they want to charge you $695.00 for their service. i currently pay more than triple of the minimum due and the other card I could have included is inerest free for 18 months. the gentleman agreed with me that I would not benefit. (i tlaked to literally 4 different people trying to get me to go with their program. If you have alot of debt at high interest, it may be beneficial, but not to me. hope this is helpful.
