I need an agent/broker in Seattle to assist a client I have named Carol, who has contacted my company, Real Estate Client Referrals to help them with their purchase. With the increase in pre-qualified clients contacting me over the last 60 days, and the fact that I do not have an exclusive agent in Seattle, I have taken it upon myself to send you and a few other select agents in your area this brief e-mail. Carol is looking for a 3/2 for 325k. Please call me on my direct line, 406-532-3713, if you are interested in working with my clients or have any questions. Look forward to talking to you soon and have a great day.

Feb. 09, 2010 - I just received a call from this number and they left a message that they had a qualified buyer looking to purchase in my area. The caller's name was Marvin. Instead of calling right back (if something sounds to good be true - it usually is) . . . I thought I would google the area code first and found it was from Montana! Like so many posting here, I had to seriously question why someone from the Greater Vancouver area of British Columbia would ask someone from Montana to locate and refer an unknown realtor from the general area. What a bogus attempt to get people to sign up for lead generation. We work to hard for our money to give to just anyone.
Hey - Marvin just called me too!!! He has a qualified buyer in the Surrey area looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath in Coquitlam . . . blah, blah, blah . . .
