I just called them trying to sell a photocopier, not much in the way of retaliation but to me it felt great. They did not need one so I told them i would call tomorrow and see if they had changed thier mind.
It is circulating again. Received E-mail message July 23 from Jennifer Hayes at Montana Real Estate Referrals asking me to call (406) 532-3754 for a person she wanted to refer to me. Did not call the number back.
I just got email form this person......Before do any thing I put this Phone # in the google search.

You would have to be some of the "not so good agents" to think that the internet has no "play".

FAILURES. They have some dream of being a ROCK STAR REAL ESTATE AGENT with no work involved, except for the R.E. license.
Am I supposed to put money in your pocket without any work? GET OFF YOUR [***], call the prospect, call them again, close the deal. I do this every day. Why can't you?
