i got the phone call from 406-426-3277-saying they can lower my interest rate on my credit card .....so i played along ...pushed "2" ....got "James from card services" he proceded to say he wants to lower my interest rate on my credit card becuase i have payed my bill on time { i dont even own a credit card!}....but again i played along ...he asked for credit card # ,exp date, name on card , zipcode .....put me on hold ...then disconnected me ......he is prob trying to use the erroneous info i had just gave him ! I JUST REPORTED THEM TO FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION .....I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE ELSE THAT IS GETTING THESE CALLS TO DO THE SAME ...THE MORE CALLS AND COMPLAINTS THAT ARE FILED , THE MORE INCLINED THE FTC WILL BE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPLETE SCAM ......that will prob take advantage of an uneducated, unsuspecting consumer ....LINK FOR FTC
I got a call from this number today and they left no voice mail. When I got home from the doctors I checked the caller ID and it was from "SERVICE UPDATE."
I am on the do not call list and just filled out a complaint.
I am on the national no-call list and have received several recorded phone calls from this number regarding lowering interest rate. They do not identify who they represent. I have had no previous contact with anyone at this number.
