Who called from 4064782009

I to received a call from this number.  Caller ID said Procedures also.  I did not pick up, but a female left a message advising they could lower my rates on my credit cards.  Funny...I don't have any credit cards.

This number calls me & no one answers.  It is very annoying.

I'm from Dallas; received a call from this number on my work phone, Googled and did not answer. No voicemail left.

Glad I didn't answer because some random dude saying hi and hanging up would seriously gives me the creeps for the rest of the day.

Yes, this number called my cell phone about an hour ago. I am at work and could not pick up. But I always value when other report this stuff so I know I don't have to bother to call back the unknown number.

Got a call on my cell from this number today. It came up as "No name", so I didn't answer it. No message was left.
