Nope, my second attempt to get off of their list was also a failure, as I got another call from them, once again plugging some sort of free service from HeartCheck. There must be some sort of long lag on the line, as I had to wait a few seconds for a response every time I said something. I've asked them once again to remove me from their list, and threatened to report them to the FTC. We'll see where that gets me.
I got a call from this number when I was out and a male voice left a message about not being able to get a passport because he was in bad health. I wanted to help the poor guy out by telling him that he dialed the wrong number so i called "him" back. The damn thing was a setup. By my calling back, they got my number in their data base. I did bot press 1 to stop further promotional calls as that was probably a fraudulent attempt to give my conset for them to charge me so exorbitant fee. It just goes to show you that the bottom feeders are out ther trying every dorty trick in the book. if you get a call from someone who pretended to dial the wrong number or anything similar, DO NOT CALL THEM BACK. They are all crooks. When another group did this several weeks ago, I started to get calls from India about diabetes drugs. I play like I'm 90 years old and ask them to send me Viagra instead and explain what I want to do with it in graphic detail. My name was quickly deleted from that call list as I wasted their time. I got quite a few hardly laughs at their expense though.
