They called today, I never answer. They think their slick. Let the pricks keep trying.

The missed call came in at 9:40am and they didn't leave a message.

They can be held accountable. Read 47 U.S.C. 227 and 47 C.F.R. 64.1200, 64.1601(e).

You can get up to $1,500 per violation, and there usually are more than one. This call, for example, for me is in violation of the following:

Prerecorded message
Calling someone on the national DNC list
No caller name
No business name
No telephone number
No caller ID business name
No caller ID phone number

The trick is to identify them though, and that can be tough.

As I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize I let this go to my voice mail.  Caller hung up without leaving a message.

They are allowed to call between the hours of 8:00am and 9:00pm.
