I'm on the do not call list for over 31 days, never done bussiness with these fools, and have asked them several times to take me off of their calling list. Everyone please file a complaint on these fools! They need to be stopped dead!
They seem to be trying to wrangle credit card info. They call, say, "We're from card services" on the recording. Press 9. Pressing 9 leads to a person who doesn't know your name, which card you have but who DOES want the last 4 of your SSN and then more info.
I hit the number to talk to an agent. I asked for their company name and address. He said they were in Colorado, he was not allowed to give the address. I asked for a phone number "in case we were disconnected". He gave me an 800 number (that turned out to be a porn number.) I then said I was asking because we are on the do-not-call list & I would file a report with the FCC. He said "Do you think I gave you our real phone number or that we are really in Colorado?" I said, "You were lying, then?" He said "you are trying to shut us down and we are just an honest company trying to make a living." I said, "Honest? You've just told me you lied to me twice and you are breaking the law by calling me." He hung up.
