I'm on the do not call list for over 31 days, never done bussiness with these fools, and have asked them several times to take me off of their calling list. Everyone please file a complaint on these fools! They need to be stopped dead!
The same thing happened to me and I pressed 9 to find out who was calling, they said "Credit Card Services", when I asked what credit card company they said "Visa" but would not tell me which visa then they hung up on me. I am filling a complaint with the attorney general!
Caller ID: Unknown Name, 407-000-1515 Answered to a recorded message saying I can lower my interest rates on my credit account, press 9 to speak with a rep. I pressed 9 and a woman answered and asked my name, I told her my name and as soon as I started telling her to remove my number from her calling list, she hung up on me.
Call came intoday on my home phone at 12:19 MST. Phone was answered by my significant other. Recording said something about lowering interest rates. He waited, punched the appropriate number and when a live person came on the line he asked "who are you and what is the name of your company.?". They immediately hung up.
They called at 6:59pm 3/26/09 ,was on another call, would not give up until I hung up from my call, then they hung up, I have call waiting so it keeps Beeping during my call making it hard to have a conversation, since I have caller ID and knew it was a waste of time call, I refused to answered it.
I just received another call from this outfit and once again informed them that they are in violation of the FCC Do Not Call ruling. This time I'm reporting them to the FCC; maybe it will help. Now if only I could get the Automobile Extended Warrenty gang to stop calling me, I'd be in heaven.
