Who called from 4070007777

Robot "Rachel" at Cardholder services, when you ask them which card they are calling about they hang up

This is exactly what is happening.  It's probably some kind of scam.

Scam, bothersome, leave me the BLEEP alone!

When you try to call back the message says " due to telephone company trouble the call cannot go thru. I believe it to be a scam to gain your personal info. If you are looking for lower rates contact your own credit card company.
Do not trust a call comeing from 1-407-000-7777

Got a call from 'Rachel at Credit Card Services'at 6PM 0n 12/10/2008.

I hung up.
