Who called from 4070009574

they called my cell and did not leave any voice mail and i am on the national block

Got a call from this number on my cell, didn't answer it, No Voice message was left... sucks to be the person making these calls, waste of their time

Same as everyone else.  Total scam!!!!!

Caller hung up when I answered, reporting to https://www.donotcall.gov

i did not answer the call, but i don't know anyone in this area code. i have numbers of all my friends.
