If they are not all scams why do they all tell you that they guarantee a sale or the rental of said property and when you get the "contract" it completely contradicts what was said over the phone? That is a scam anyway you word it. Of course all they care about is pulling your credit card and when you try to demand a refund for services not rendered they have a recorded verification of you authorizing the charge. If you don't want to be scammed do not give your credit card over the phone......ever!!!! If people would stop buying "services" over the phone all of these companies would go out of business and the scam artists would all end up in jail or dead because they have no other skill set and are too ignorant to learn anything new. They are all hustlers and the world would be a much better place if they were all dead. I have been researching and infiltrating these companies for years and will continue to do so until the AG passes legislation to make it virtually impossible for these "chop-shops" to operate in the great state of Florida. And if you are an owner of one of these companies you will never know I was there.

Timeshare Hotlist, called twice while I was at work. I called the number wondering if it was a friend of mine from Florida...and was sadly disappointed (but glad that I didn't answer)...it must have been a telemarketing call.
got a call from this number also.... offered over twice the value for my timeshare. haven't called back.... i guess if he wants to pay that amount, he could have it... still, i don't trust it!
I have received a call from these guys too. I contacted my timeshare resort to see if they have a relationship with them. They do not. This makes these guys in violation of the national and state do-not-call list. I will be filling a complaint shortly.
