If they are not all scams why do they all tell you that they guarantee a sale or the rental of said property and when you get the "contract" it completely contradicts what was said over the phone? That is a scam anyway you word it. Of course all they care about is pulling your credit card and when you try to demand a refund for services not rendered they have a recorded verification of you authorizing the charge. If you don't want to be scammed do not give your credit card over the phone......ever!!!! If people would stop buying "services" over the phone all of these companies would go out of business and the scam artists would all end up in jail or dead because they have no other skill set and are too ignorant to learn anything new. They are all hustlers and the world would be a much better place if they were all dead. I have been researching and infiltrating these companies for years and will continue to do so until the AG passes legislation to make it virtually impossible for these "chop-shops" to operate in the great state of Florida. And if you are an owner of one of these companies you will never know I was there.
You actually think you can secure your database with a password? - The Truth
If you actually did your research on the company you'd know that theyre completely legitmate. Some people are too scared to do the necessary research that it takes to get their timeshares sold, and its sad because these guys are great.. i rent my timeshare every year through these guys. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE NOT EVERYONE IS OUT TO SCAM YOU!
These guys sell timeshares to corporations who need to travel for their business. These businesses pay 3-400 dollars a night per person at hotels a week can cost 2800 per person. when they can stay in a 2 bdrm timeshare week for 1900..its makes sense. Even I realized that. The hard thing is accessing these corporations which these guys have access too.. i checked them out thoroughly.
Do not call me. I know what the timesharing rip off is. I am overseas. and yet they called me. Iam not interested I bought a whole house on the beach in Dominican Republic with what the timeshare offer I got. So thanks, but no thanks.
