If they are not all scams why do they all tell you that they guarantee a sale or the rental of said property and when you get the "contract" it completely contradicts what was said over the phone? That is a scam anyway you word it. Of course all they care about is pulling your credit card and when you try to demand a refund for services not rendered they have a recorded verification of you authorizing the charge. If you don't want to be scammed do not give your credit card over the phone......ever!!!! If people would stop buying "services" over the phone all of these companies would go out of business and the scam artists would all end up in jail or dead because they have no other skill set and are too ignorant to learn anything new. They are all hustlers and the world would be a much better place if they were all dead. I have been researching and infiltrating these companies for years and will continue to do so until the AG passes legislation to make it virtually impossible for these "chop-shops" to operate in the great state of Florida. And if you are an owner of one of these companies you will never know I was there.

I also received a couple calls from the same company except they are now using a different phone number. 1-866-418-0607. The second time the salesperson called, I answered. He was a very rude and pushy salesman. He wanted me to list my timeshare with him which he claimed he could sell for double the price. One of the catches was that he wanted me to accept the sales contract 'sight unseen' and send him $500 USD. I declined his offer and he got even more obnoxious. It appears that his company might acutally be legitimate but he gives them a really bad reputation.
This company called me as well. I have been researching different re-sale organizations and they seem to be legit. It looks as if the have a good record and are marketing these properties quite a bit.
I got a message, Googled the number, and was directed to this page. We own timeshares, and are not interested in selling them. The person who called, named Dallas, said that the call was in regard to our timeshare (he named the company), and that we needed to call him back immediately. I don't intend to, but am passing this along for your information.
I received a phone call from THL about 3 months ago. The agent was very polite and clear with the advertisement and services that they offer. I research the company and they have an excellent standing with the BBB compared to other timeshare re-sale companies. Needless to say I called the gentleman back and signed up. I decided to sell my Westin Ka'napalli week for 60,000 usd. Needless to say 3 weeks after it was on their inventory I started to receive offers! I got an offer for 58,000! and closed the deal! Great company! Great service! Excellent guarantees! I definitely recommend Timesharehotlist.com to anyone who is looking to rent or sell their timeshare!
